Bayou Classic Stainless Single Jet Cooker is designed to withstand the elements and bring a touch of style to casual entertaining. A 14-inch diameter cooking surface on an 11.5-inch tall welded stainless frame provides a low center of gravity to better support large size stockpots up to 100-quart capacity. Swivel flame spreader combined with brass control valve enables a wide range of cooking options from low flame to blast flame on a jet cooker. Use the flame spreader in an open position for boiling crawfish, gumbo, jambalaya, etc. Use the flame spreader in a closed position for frying and steaming. A stainless hose guard extends from the flame protecting the LPG hose from heat downdraft when using wide diameter stockpots. Also featuring a high pressure adjustable regulator up to 10 psi and 48-inch stainless braided LPG hose for added value and safety. Compact size enables portability from backyard parties to camping, RV’s, and tailgating.
